GoRouterRefreshStream class
A ChangeNotifier that calls notifyListeners whenever one or more Streams emit a value.
Used as GoRouter's refreshListenable so the router re-evaluates its
redirect guard whenever AuthenticationBloc or StartupCubit emit a
new state.
Use the default constructor to observe a single stream, or GoRouterRefreshStream.merge to observe multiple streams simultaneously.
