DriverLite class
The root widget of the Driver Lite application.
Sets up all BLoC providers, repository providers, and the startup
orchestrator before passing control to the internal _AppView. Owns the
lifecycle of AuthenticationBloc, StartupCubit, InternetCubit,
AuthRepository, and UserRepository — disposing them in _DriverLiteState.dispose because
.value BlocProviders do not call dispose automatically.
Registers itself as a WidgetsBindingObserver to detect app-resume events.
On each resume that follows a background period of at least
_kResumeCheckThreshold, two checks run in sequence: session validity (via
AuthRepository.checkSessionOnResume) and minimum-version enforcement (via
AppVersionCheckTask.isVersionBelow).
