StartupAuthResolved class final

Emitted by AuthCheckTask once the initial auth state has been resolved.

Carries the resolved status and, when authenticated, the fetched user. The bloc transitions out of AuthenticationStatus.unknown upon receiving this event, which unblocks StartLiveListening.
