StartLiveListening class final
Activates the live AuthRepository status stream and UserRepository user stream.
Must be added only after StartupAuthResolved has been processed so that the bloc is in a known non-unknown state before runtime changes arrive. Adding this event more than once is safe — subsequent calls are no-ops.
