LoadingOverlay class
A widget that layers a FullscreenLoader over child when LoadingCubit reports a loading state.
Also clamps the text scale factor to the range 0.9–1.0 for all descendant widgets, preventing OS accessibility font sizes from breaking the app layout.
Inserted into the widget tree via LoadingScreenBuilder.init as the
MaterialApp.builder, ensuring the overlay sits above all routes.
